My name is Brandon and I am a personal trainer in Los Angeles, CA. I am also a online personal trainer and offer various training plans for people of all fitness levels. I have trained people looking to lose body fat and tone up by putting them through a specific regimen that has helped them lose up 30 pounds in less than a year.
I am fully NESTA certified with experience in, dance, gymnastics, and acupressure massage therapy. I am fully committed in health and fitness lifestyle and am committed to change every clients’ life for the better.
MY MISSION: As a fitness professional I am not here to help you create muscles, strength, looks or even confidence. I am here to help you create a better way of life through good habits. So when I train you I am not only training you for a quick fix, but addressing the issue of health as a whole and that includes lifestyle changes in mind, body, and spirit. I do not provide band aids, but real life solutions for well being to live a life full of energy, vitality, happiness and self love through growth.

I do this by utilizing functional exercises that incorporate bodyweight movements and lightweight high reps workouts that are less prone to injury. I focus on fitness through the five pillars which include strength, agility, balance, flexibility and stamina.
