HIIT training
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Pretend that there is an energy scale from 1 through 10 where 1 is you calm, cool, relaxed just walking into the gym, and 10 is you puking all over the floor after a phenomenal workout. The most effective workout that will get your body to change is doing a workout that goes straight from a 1 to an 8. Too many times we see people strolling into the gym and maybe do some running or curls and they would go from an energy level of maybe a 4 and then slowly go a little harder to a 5 or even a light 6.

HIIT Training
To start off you have to give it everything you got right when you get in the gym. This is a trick that helped me change my body in a very short amount of time while still eating everything that I wanted, in moderation of course. You instantly subject your body to fatigue and through that your body will adapt and it will change very quickly. Your body is extremely good at adapting as long as you put the right kinds of stress it can heal from. Your body always heals because its main purpose is to reproduce and survive and to get the most out of this we do HIIT training. Push through for those first 30 minutes in the gym and fatigue the hell out of your body, but like always train hard and smart as well and listen to what your body is telling you and take every precaution to keep yourself safe from injury. Now go transform that body into the body you’ve always wanted.
